CRS Film Productions is headed by Phil Burton who first started filming weddings in 2000.Like many before him, Phil started as a hobbyist in the late eighties and through his passion and perfection for video, turned his hobby into a professional business.
Phil has gained a Master Membership qualification from the IOV (Institute of Videography) and has recently been awarded a Certificate with Distinction in Wedding Video Production by the APV (Association of Professional Videomakers).
CRS firmly believe that to make a superior and entertaining wedding film takes more than one camera operator. That's why
they always use two camera operators to capture the events as they unfold. Accompanying Phil will be
another member from one of the leading video organisations in the UK.
Even though we have two operators on the day, we employ the use of three cameras during the ceremony, speeches and first dance. The third camera is positioned to obtain another viewing angle and is remotely controlled by one of the two operators. This is the basis of our approach and we think you will find our coverage of the day to be very meticulous.
We just love weddings and feel there is no greater privilege than being invited to capture your wedding on film. Our philosophy is simple, to produce a wedding film that you will be proud to show others and also to record your history in the making so that future generations can look back and experience your special day.
